There are four attributes of great leaders I challenge you to develop or grow for the purpose of being a solid model of leadership for others.
- Great leaders believe in others more than they do.
- Great leaders create positive interactions with others.
- Great leaders carry a spirit of tested optimism.
- Great leaders see different things by seeing things differently.

"Great leaders believe in others more than they do." Just to add to that, great leaders also don't have an inflated sense of their own skills and character. The moment they start thinking they're a lot better than their employees is the moment they start disregarding what their employees can do.
